Custom-made by TeamWork Italy for the conservation restoration of Palazzo Montedoria in Milan, a building designed by Giò Ponti, these 3D porcelain stoneware tiles faithfully reproduce the distinctive ceramic cladding of the façade. The four different surface finishes, in the historic 6 × 19 cm format, were developed through careful research into colours, glazes and finishes.
The handcrafted production process recreates the natural irregularities of the ceramic and the subtle traces left by time, allowing the new tiles to blend harmoniously with the original ones.
